Documentation Requirements

• Passports and birth certificates
• Original of proof of Decree Absolute for divorced clients
• Original of death certificate for widowed clients, together with original marriage certificate
• Original proof for name changes by Deed Poll
• Statutory Declaration (one each, stamped or sealed)
• For clients aged under 18 years
