Visitors at the Eden project would have had the opportunity to try some authentic Caribbean cuisine as our Hawksbill Chef Brian Joseph put together a dish and cooking demonstration. Brian served a Caribbean aubergine, okra and pumpkin pepper pot. Delicious!

Well our Africa Sales Manager made it when he took on the challenge of swimming 18km of the Gibraltar straits from Spain to Morocco. Dodging sharks and ships Ian made it to Morocco in 3 hours and 45 minutes beating James Cracknell and David Walliams times by an hour.
